EXECUTIVE - COMPLIANCE

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognised University in Banking/Finance/Business Management OR possess part completion of a professional qualification (CAVCIMA/CMA) 

• Good written and oral communication skills • Detail oriented with good analytical skills and high proficiency in Microsoft excel and office applications 

• Be a team player with ability to work proactively with internal and external stakeholders . Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Responsibilities

• Support the compliance function with routine and periodic reporting to the Board,. Board Integrated Risk Management Committee (BIRMC) and the Regulators.

 • Conduct Transaction Monitoring by analysing the transaction trends of customer accounts/contracts and identifying unusual trends 

• Assist the Compliance Officer in conducting compliance reviews in terms of Annual Compliance plan. 

• Organize compliance training to staff members in the light of new regulations and best practices.
