Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with vendors to ensure all payments are made on time and at accurate rates, maintaining positive vendor relationships.

Maintain comprehensive files for payments and finalized job costing statements, ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentation.

Manage the renewal process for bank guarantees, ensuring all deadlines are met and documentation is accurate.

Assist in stock counts, fixed asset verifications, and surprise cash counts, contributing to the accuracy of financial records.

Highlight and follow up with operations and procurement teams regarding any vendor-related issues to ensure smooth operations

Skills and Experience Required

A degree in Finance, Accounting. Part qualification in CA, CIMA, ACCA, or AAT is an added advantage.

At least 1 year of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint), with strong skills in advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English
