 The Payroll Assistant will be responsible for assisting with payroll processing, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in processing payroll for employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes.

 • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and hours worked. 

• Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee inquiries regarding payroll matters. 

• Assist in preparing payroll-related documents, such as tax forms and wage statements.

 • Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate payroll data and timely processing. 

• Participate in payroll audits and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Passed G. C.E (0 /L) or G. C. E (A/L)

 • Fully or partly qualified in AAT/ CA registered student 

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in computerized Payroll, EPF/ETF preparing 

• Good knowledge in Labor Procedures will be an added advantage
