Job Profile

• Perform outbound video verification for English-speaking customers during the on boarding process. ◦ Engage with customers to provide detailed information about the features and benefits of digital products, 

• Generate interest and facilitate customer on boarding to digital platforms, 

• Stay updated on digital product features, updates, and industry trends.

 • Handle inbound calls related to wallet functionalities, including complaints, issues, inquiries, and clarifications.

 • Maintain documentations regards to wallet functionalities.

 • Attend IT related issues in absence of a team member.

 Candidate Profile

• Successfully completed GCE Advanced Level (A/L) or equivalent

 • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal communication and written communication skills.

 • Fundamental knowledge of digital payments and wallet systems 

• Proven ability to professionally and efficiently manage and engage with a diverse range of customer profiles.

 • Proficient in using call center software, managing support tickets, and escalating
