HR BUSINESS PARTNER

We are looking for a professionally qualified HR officer to serve as a HR Business Partner for our Sales Department.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Collaborating with the Sales Department to achieve business goals and develop an HR support system with the assistance of the HR

 team. • Developing and executing retention strategies to minimize turnover in the Sales Department. • Being responsible for arranging and conducting Sales Interviews as per requirements. Ensuring that adequate Sales infrastructure facilities are provided as per industry standards. Coordinating Training and Development and the Performance Appraisal process with the HRD Department and providing necessary support and guidelines to the Sales Team. Managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and facilitating conflict resolution to maintain a healthy work environment with the support of the Corporate HR team, and developing the counselling process. • Taking responsibility for initiating the best health and safety standards and programs for the sales staff.

 QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES Bachelor's degree in management/HRM or relevant professional qualifications in HRM or Business Management. • Proven experience as a HR Business Partner, preferably in a sales-focused environment. Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to align them with HR operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Ability to work well in a team.
