SENIOR ACCOUNT LEADER/ ACCOUNT LEADER

Duties & Responsibilities

Act as the Central Point for the assigned Bancassurance account for its overall business operation including managing professional relationship . Implement strategies set for the bank account (Marketing related, event

 related, procedure / processes related, IT related, Lead Management etc.)

○ Facilitate and Drive sales layers with operational arrangements to achieve

set targets. . Lead the corporate level of business in the bank on untapped segments to SLICGL, and achieve the set annual targets together with respective ME

 team.

. Colaborate with internal teams to align the operation as per approved

Bancassurance GI model,

. Monitor all compliance in the operation according to the approved model

and initiate actions for any non-compliance

. Monitor and initiate corrective measures for all operational deviations in the

day to day Bancassurance Gl operation

. Initiate activities to maintain the motivation for the Bancassurance GI

business among both internal and external stake holders,
